Having been a property developer before I studied Interior Design, ensures I have a 3 dimensional understanding of projects. This means I understand the intricacies of the things you don’t see behind the walls for example where the pipes come out, and how that will affect the positioning of the basins, or moving power points the most cost effective route to keep costs down … Im not just looking at the interior designI spend money on projects
